A Charmed Life – film, workshop, and exhibition

People of all ages. FREE. A documentary film about the life and times of Eddie Martin Noble - who inspired Andrea Levy’s book ‘Small Island”. Plus an exhibition of images and stills used in the film.


Photographing Hackney
Sutton House
Saturday 13th June. 2.30 - 4.00pm

Adults or families with older children. FREE after admission. Adults £2.80
Join a professional photographer and learn to take quality shots of Sutton House. Please bring your own digital camera.


Trouble at the Tower - A Tudor Tale

The story about a boy called Will, set in 1603, during the reign of Elizabeth I. A free copy of Trouble at the Tower will be given to families who attend.

Fiona Collins will lead families up St Augustine’s Tower, and as you climb the spiral staircase you will hear a different story on each floor.
